Procurement Events & RFPs
We manage procurement events from beginning to end. Whether it is for goods or services, we begin with an accurate Statement of Work. Only the most qualified bidders are sent a Request for a Proposal (RFP). Responses are scored on a pre-designed system that rates reliability, speed of delivery, and price. Recommendations are made on the basis of THE BEST VALUE OFFERED.
Vendor Contract Negotiation
Once a vendor is selected, negotiating the right terms and conditions for the vendor contract helps ensure a succesful service relationship. Imbedded Service Level Agreements set clear and measurable performance standards. We can also periodically audit vendor invoicing for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Operational Reviews
We look at your entire operations model, including a building and equipment inspection, a review of you maintenace records, customer statisfaction feedback and, of course, your busget spend. We will provide you our written assessment and recommendations with budget and R.O.I. estimates to support any recommended expenditures.
Prenventative Maintenance Programs
We believe that a solid PM program is at the heart of a succesful Facilities Management effort. We will review your PM program if you already have one and make reocmmendations if we believe that improvements are needed.
We can also build a PM program from scratch, starting with an accurate Equipment List and a Condition Assessment. Combined with well defined Service Level Agreemnets, a cost effective PM program can be implemented.
